Virtual Reality Expedition


KiNC created an innovative and immersive Virtual Reality experience to celebrate the 50th anniversary of The North Face’s iconic Parka by transforming its Regent Street flagship store into a storytelling and trial experience.

Installed in both Regent Street and Milan’s Orefici 11 concept store, transporting participants to Antarctica’s frigid landscapes and Mount Everest’s towering heights. This ‘freezer experience’ allowed customers to test the Parka in simulated extreme conditions, driving cultural engagement and tangible impact. With over 20% conversion to purchase and 45% loyalty sign-ups, the activation’s success led to the freezer becoming a permanent installation at Regent Street, scaling its influence beyond the initial campaign.
